What is a Migraine?
According to Ayurveda, changes in Vata, Pitta and Kapha doshas
due to diet and lifestyle lead to disease with different symptoms.
The problems related to neurology increase when there is a headache due
to Vata . After a long time, there is relief in severe pain. Neurological
problems are not only caused by the brain, but also in the neck and ears, so
the real cause of the brain can be found by getting an MRI or CT scan.
Perhaps you do not know that there are mainly two types
of migraine . In the case of a classic migraine, there are a
number of symptoms that indicate that you are about to have a migraine attack,
such as blurred vision before the onset of the headache, with some symptoms of
stiffness and burning in the shoulder. In the case of a classic migraine,
the blood vessels begin to constrict. In this case, it is good to contact
the doctor immediately. In non-classic migraine, there is a severe
headache from time to time, but there are no other symptoms. In such a
situation, along with the onset of headache, taking painkillers gives relief.
Symptoms of Migraine
Usually, we all complain of headache at some point or the other.
In such a situation, how to identify whether it is a simple headache or a
headache due to migraine? Headaches caused by migraine are identified by
'aura'. 'Aura' is a visual disturbance, in which the patient sees intermittent
bright light, zig-zag lines, dark spots appear before the eyes, pricking of the
skin and feeling of weakness. Symptoms include dark circles under the eyes,
anger, irritability, pain in one side of the head, etc.
Migraine is a neurological problem. In this, there is a
very prickling pain in the head on one side. This pain lasts from a few
hours to three days. Along with headache, there may also be problems like
gastric, nausea, vomiting. Apart from this, trouble is felt in migraine
due to light, loud sound. Migraine can be diagnosed by recognizing one or
more of these symptoms. But keep in mind that these symptoms can also be
due to some other disease.
Why does migraine happen? (Causes of Migraine)
In a migraine, there is a sharp pain in one side of the head, as if someone is hammering. This pain occurs in one half of the head and sometimes it starts happening in the whole head also. This state of pain can last from a few hours to a few days. This pain is called Migraine, Epidural or Ardhashishi. In this, the arteries below the head get enlarged during the headache. Swelling also occurs in the painful part.

women, where there is a headache due to a decrease in the level of estrogen
hormone. Women may have a headache before or during periods.
